Important 2024 Updates

At Complete Wellness, YOU, the Client, come first. We are always here to offer you the very best services.

So with that in mind, for the New Year we will NOT be increasing prices (with one exception.) In order to make this possible, we need to make a few changes effective January 1, 2024.

• Cash and Check as payment is always appreciated. Credit card payments will be assessed a 3% convenience fee to offset our processing fees. 
• Please review the CW Cancellation Policy. With the new year, all clients will be required to have a current credit card on file. This card will not be used for payment of services, only for cancellations as defined in the our current cancellation policy  Please understand as a service business, we don’t get paid if we don’t have appointments. When someone cancels at the last minute, we are not able to fill that appointment time and that is income lost. 
• Rate Change. Effective January 1, 2024 the new rates for Reflexology or Reiki with Tracy are as follows
  • 60 Minutes $90
  • 45 Minutes $70
  • 30 Minutes $60
  • 60 Minute Warm Salt Reflexology $100
  • Service Rates for Reflexology and Reiki services with other CW practitioners will remain the same.
