Ladies Talk Circle - in the Salt Room
Wednesday March 26th, 7pm Join us for a Ladies Talk Circle once a month. We will open and close with some breathing exercises and introspection, with space for everyone to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive, welcoming space in between. Infant Massage for Parents
Saturday March 29th, 10am Join us for a heartwarming one-hour baby massage class designed for parents who want to deepen their connection with their little one through the power of touch. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to soothe fussiness, promote relaxation, and strengthen your bond with your baby. You’ll leave with: A gentle massage routine you can use anytime to calm and comfort your baby A special gift to support your practice at home A take-home outline to help you feel confident continuing the routine This class is perfect for parents looking for an easy, nurturing way to connect with their baby while learning skills that support their little one’s well-being.
