Cancellation Policy
CW Cancellation Policy
We respect your time and appreciate the same in return. It is important that you notify us as early as possible when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment to give our practitioners an opportunity
to fill gaps created in schedules. If we don't fill the schedule we don't get paid.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or change your appointment.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 fee.
Cancellations must be done via Phone call or Text to 267-509-7717.
Email or social media messaging are NOT acceptable forms of cancellation.
Repeat cancellations, repeat schedule changes, and no-show appointments will be billed in full.
Repeat is defined as more than twice in a one year period.
These payments are to Complete Wellness and for the practitioner whose time was reserved for you. They are non-refundable and not transferable to another scheduled time.
If you are late to your appointment, we will work within the time remaining in consideration of the next client. Communication (text/call) is necessary. With no communication, 15-minutes late is considered a no-show appointment.
Inclement weather and contagious illness are the only exceptions.
The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

Our goals are to keep everyone who enters and works within CW well and promote wellness. Please understand that a vast majority of people who come to CW have compromising conditions, the “at-risk” populations. Also kindly keep in mind the practitioners earn their living in contact with others. If they require quarantine or get sick, that livelihood is completely gone. It is imperative that we keep everyone under our roof as safe as possible. For these reasons, we truly appreciate your cooperation and your understanding.

- If you have further concerns, let us know. Additional considerations can be made as needed when scheduling.
- Reschedule your appointment if you have any cold/flu/covid symptoms or have been exposed
- Policy will change based on CDC and County Guidelines
Fragrance Free Zone
A great many of the clients, not to mention practitioners and instructors, that come to Complete Wellness
suffer from a variety of allergies and sensitivities. To allow everyone to have a positive experience, please
refrain from wearing any kind of perfume, cologne, aftershave or fragrance of any kind to Complete Wellness.
