Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (effective July 1st, 2023)
All clients are required to have a signed credit card authorization form on file to receive services.
We honor your time by staying on schedule. Please help us by arriving on time for your appointments. If you arrive late, the time missed is deducted from your appointment.
In order to allow for an appointment time to be re-filled, we require at least 48 notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not notify Complete Wellness at least 48 hours in advance, you are responsible for paying for the time reserved for you in full.
The credit card on file will be used for this charge.
With no communication, 15-minutes late is considered a no-show appointment and will be charged in full.
Inclement weather and contagious illness are the only exceptions. Allowances may be made in case of true emergencies

Our goals are to keep everyone who enters and works within CW well and promote wellness. Please understand that a vast majority of people who come to CW have compromising conditions, the “at-risk” populations. Also kindly keep in mind the practitioners earn their living in contact with others. If they require quarantine or get sick, that livelihood is completely gone. It is imperative that we keep everyone under our roof as safe as possible. For these reasons, we truly appreciate your cooperation and your understanding.

- Reschedule your appointment or do not attend an event if you have any cold/flu/covid symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with anything.
- Masking optional - All Staff will happily wear masks by request
- If you have further concerns, let us know. Additional considerations can be made as needed when scheduling.
- Policy will change based on CDC and County Guidelines

A great many of the clients, not to mention practitioners and instructors, that come to Complete Wellness
suffer from a variety of allergies and sensitivities. To allow everyone to have a positive experience, please
refrain from wearing any kind of perfume, cologne, aftershave or fragrance of any kind to Complete Wellness.
