Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (effective 12-13-24)
All clients must have a signed credit card authorization form on file to receive services. We respect your time by adhering to our schedule, so please arrive on time for your appointments. If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your appointment. To allow us to fill your appointment slot, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to notify Complete Wellness at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount for the reserved time. The credit card on file will be used for this charge. If you arrive 15 minutes late without any communication, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged in full. The only exceptions to this policy are for inclement weather and contagious illness, as well as true emergencies.

Reschedule Policy
A fee of $20 will be charged for rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. This fee will be processed using the credit card we have on file.
Habitual reschedulers, defined as those who reschedule more than twice within any three-month period, will need to pay for services in advance for all future appointments. Each payment made is nonrefundable, non transferable, and will be credited toward the scheduled appointment time.

Our primary goal at Complete Wellness (CW) is to ensure the well-being of everyone who enters and works here while promoting overall wellness. Please note that many individuals who visit CW are part of "at-risk" populations with potentially compromising health conditions. Additionally, our practitioners rely on direct contact with clients for their livelihood. If they become sick or need to quarantine, it jeopardizes their ability to earn a living. Therefore, it is crucial that we maintain a safe environment for everyone. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. If you have any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been exposed to someone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment or refrain from attending events. Masking is optional, but our staff is more than willing to wear masks upon request. If you have any further concerns, please let us know. We can make additional accommodations when scheduling as needed. Please note that this policy may change based on CDC and county guidelines.

suffer from a variety of allergies and sensitivities. To allow everyone to have a positive experience, please
refrain from wearing any kind of perfume, cologne, aftershave or fragrance of any kind to Complete Wellness.
