For my Birthday...

Yes indeed. August is a wonderful month. Not because it is HOT as Hades or because you can go nuts with back to school supplies - cause it's my Birthday Month! 

​Disclaimer: I would be remiss here if I didn't mention it is also my Mothers B-Day month, especially since I was born on her birthday.  How's that for a gift that keeps giving huh?!  :-) Happy Birthday Mommy <3

Seriously though, I'm not really a big "It's my Birthday hooray" kinda girl.  I'm not into presents or big parties.
I really think my favorite birthday was during Covid of all things.  We couldn't "DO" what we usually do, gathering and whatnot, so many, many people reached out to take me to breakfast, lunch...dinner.  I ate out all month - which was great, but not the fav part.
I got to spend quality 1-1 time with people.  It was awesome.

But, shockingly, I have digressed from my point of this blog post.

For my Birthday.....

I want more people to know about and experience the benefits of Reflexology. I've been practicing now for 22+ years and I am still in complete awe of how reflexology engages the power of the human body. 
It can help repair.  It can help prevent.  It can help with a wide range of symptoms we want to get rid of...
I've seen it bring grounding and calm.  I've seen it energize.
It is a gentle powerhouse for your overall health & wellbeing.

A majority of people still think it's about your feet.  It's about your overall body function.  But it sure does feel great on your feet!

So for my birthday I'm asking you to share the gift of reflexology and you get gifts in return!!!
