Cancellation Policy
CW Cancellation Policy
We respect your time and appreciate the same in return. It is important that you notify us as early as possible when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment to give our practitioners an opportunity
to fill gaps created in schedules.
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or change your appointment.
Less than 24 hours notification will incur a $20 reschedule fee.
Phone call or Text to 267-509-7717 is required.
Email or social media messaging are NOT acceptable forms of cancellation.
Last minute non-emergency cancellations (less than 24 hours notice),
repeated schedule changes or a no-show for an appointment will be billed in full.
These payments are to Complete Wellness and the practitioner for the specific scheduled time that was reserved for you. They are non-refundable and not transferable to another scheduled time.
If you are late to your appointment, we will work within the time remaining in consideration of the next client. Communication (text/call) is necessary. With no communication, 15-minutes late is considered a no-show appointment. Inclement weather and contagious illness are the only exceptions.
