Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized therapy that uses extremely light touch and rhythmic pumping movements to stimulate the lymphatic system. By encouraging the movement of lymphatic fluid, MLD helps remove excess fluid, metabolic waste, and toxins from the body's tissues. Unlike traditional massage therapy, MLD is not intended to work deep into muscles. Instead, it focuses on supporting your body's natural healing processes by improving lymphatic circulation and reducing inflammation.
